The Illinois House Bill 60 permits undocumented students to attend state universities and to pay in-state tuition provided they meet certain residency requirements. Students applying to NIU must file an NIU Affidavit.
High school seniors invited to become tomorrow's leaders, scholars at NIU! Beginning next fall, 20 freshmen are expected to maximize their academic lives on campus by exploring opportunities for involvement and future leadership. Perfect candidates are ones who are respected in and out of the classroom by their teachers and their peers and who have had a positive impact on their communities through their good works. Nominations of high school seniors are due Tuesday, January 1, 2008.
